We practice a full-power non-contact style of TaeKwonDo. Our fundamental training principle is to apply the entire self to each technique. We encourage cooperation and not competition.
Our two senior instructors have over 70 years of combined experience in active training and teaching of TKD. We draw inspiration from our mentor, Grandmaster Han Cha Kyo, who was instrumental in the formation and practice of modern TaeKwonDo.
